Claire Timms is a leading diabetes educator with 16 years experience across all aspects of managing diabetes. A Registered Nurse and Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE), she loves working with both children and adults. Claire specialises in technology and insulin pump therapy.

As a Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE), I take an individualized approach to supporting people with diabetes and their families. I believe every person’s experience with diabetes is unique, so I focus on understanding your lifestyle, goals, and challenges.
I develop practical strategies for blood glucose management, insulin use, nutrition, and daily living—always with empathy, patience, and encouragement. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to live well with diabetes every day.
