Our rates

Depending on your needs, you may only need to visit South West Diabetes Care, once or twice, or you might like to be seen more regularly as part of your ongoing diabetes care team.

A referral is not required. However, if you would like to access Medicare-subsidised care, you will need an appropriate referral and an Enhanced Primary Care Plan from your GP. This plan can help cover the cost of your consultations. Fees for a 30-minute consultation start from $50. For more information, please contact South West Diabetes Care.
